The music of John M. Sciullo is romantic and heartfelt, possessing a certain tranquil,
ethereal quality that can give you a special feeling as you go about your day.

This music has received favorable reviews from people of all backgrounds ever
since the release of John's first CD in 1997: "Medieval Dreams" (a collection of eight
of his piano pieces).

"Fantasie" adds another dimension to this earlier CD, and also includes two flute and
piano compositions by John M. Sciullo (performed with Andrea Light) and two of John's
original improvisations, which he spontaneously creates at concerts based on several
notes which audience members call out at random. It also features a sonata by
Domenico Scarlatti.

John M. Sciullo has performed in concert throughout the U.S., including performances
at Carnegie Hall, NY, Alice Tully Hall, NY, The National Arts Club, NY, and as soloist with
orchestras such as the Pittsburgh Symphony and Butler Symphony. He also gives
performance lectures at schools about his original music.

John also studied privately for two years with the legendary pianist Vladimir Horowitz.
After hearing two of John's compositions, which he played for the maestro one evening
after dinner, Mr. Horowitz looked over to John and exclaimed: "It's good! Very American!
You should play them as encores."

Audience members showed a strong interest in John's music when he first began
performing these pieces. This prompted him to produce "Medieval Dreams" in 1997.
"Fantasie" was released in October, 1999.

"Morning After" (2001), is a favorite of John's fans. In addition to another collection of
piano compositions is a violin and piano piece, performed with Barbara Sonies. This CD
also includes a special choral piece, featuring solos by Elizabeth Kauffman and Michael Go.

On Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005, John introduced "Improvisations for Piano". This CD features some
of John's most beautiful music: all new solo piano compositions and a very special serenade
for violin and piano, performed with Yvonne Lam. There is also another collection of John's
unique improvisations.

"Dream Visions" was released in 2006, and also includes four compositions recorded in
live performance.
